How we are managing services during the Coronavirus Pandemic at Bond Before Birth.
We are working closely along side Public Health England (PHE) guidelines to ensure that your safety and that of our staff is our first priority during the coronavirus pandemic. We are ensuring that we follow Social Distancing guidelines and although having an ultrasound requires you to have close contact with the Sonographer we can ensure you that the relevant Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn at all times. Protective screens have also been fitted at our clinic to ensure Bond Before Birth is a safe clinic.
If you, or any member of your household, have developed any coronavirus symptoms (such as a temperature, cough or loss of your sense of smell, you must not attend your scan appointment. Please contact us to rearrange your appointment until after the transmission period (usually 14 days).
Our scan room will undertake a deep clean between each scan appointment and customers will be given a mask on arrival if you do not have your own. Hand washing facilities for all our customers and staff are available at our clinic and alcohol hand sanitiser provided. We have increased our cleaning schedules and we have implemented social distancing in our two waiting areas.
These procedures have been put in place to protect our customers, our staff and to save lives.
